Raw Material Sourcing

Verified farmers and registered traders with annual audits and raw material pre-screening for quality at origin. We visit farms personally.

Incoming Quality Check

Every lot is inspected for moisture, admixture, insect infestation, aroma, and color before any processing begins. Non-conforming lots are rejected.

Sortex & Cleaning

Multiple gravity separation, magnetic filtration, optical sortex, and sieving stages ensure guaranteed purity. No manual shortcuts.

NABL Lab Testing

Third-party NABL-accredited lab testing for aflatoxin, microbiology, pesticide residues, and heavy metals. Batch test reports provided with every shipment.

Packaging & Fumigation

Food-grade packaging with heat-sealed, vacuum, or MAP options. Container-level fumigation with phosphine gas before loading when required.

Export Documentation

Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Lab Reports, FSSAI & APEDA certificates — all provided with every shipment. Full traceability guaranteed.

Aflatoxin

B1, B2, G1, G2 aflatoxins tested to EU limits (<2ppb B1). Total aflatoxin <4ppb for all products.

Pesticide Residues

Multi-residue analysis covering 500+ pesticide compounds per EU and Codex Alimentarius standards.

Heavy Metals

Lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury — tested per EU food safety maximum residue limits.

Moisture & Purity

Physical purity, moisture content, admixture, light berries, and bulk density — measured per global standards.

Color & Volatile Oil

ASTA color value, volatile oil percentage, and curcumin content verified where applicable per product.
